Living up to expectations: Grupo SiiCA and Gebesa, a space that inspires growth

When Grupo SiiCA, a company dedicated to “building new realities,” decided to move its offices to a new location, it faced the challenge of designing a space that reflected both its approach to work and its corporate culture. To meet this need, they turned to Gebesa looking for a furniture solution that would meet the functional needs of its team and blend with the architectural style of the new corporate office.

With a clear vision and plans in hand, Grupo SiiCA, represented by Architect Diana Solis, in charge of this project, knew what it needed: an environment that balanced privacy and collaborative work, while Gerardo Mata, Gebesa Advisor, committed to offering customized solutions, focused on creating a highly functional, modern space. This project transformed the offices of Grupo SiiCA into a place where both the employees and the company could thrive.

Transforming Spaces: From Metal to Modern

The previous furniture at Grupo SiiCA, made up mainly of metal pieces, no longer matched the aesthetic or the functional needs of the new space. So Gebesa recommended a combination of its best product lines: the Start Line for the main collaborative area, the G-Connect Level Line for the private modules, and the “bullet” style tables from the Spazio Line. All of these elements, in light gray tones, integrated perfectly with the floors and walls, creating a harmonious, professional environment.

The layout of the spaces was carefully designed. Individual modules were created to ensure privacy, along with a central work area to encourage collaboration and a training room that supported both learning and interaction between teams. The result was an environment that reflected the identity of Grupo SiiCA, while optimizing functionality and communication.

Ergonomics and Well-Being: Bringing the Space to Life

One of the key aspects of the project was the seating selection, where Gebesa paid special attention to the ergonomics and well-being of the staff. The seat finishes, in a vibrant pear green, added a fresh, energetic contrast to the design, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The combination of function and style made the space both attractive and comfortable for the staff.

Grupo SiiCA’s View: A Space That Reflects Our Vision

Weeks after the project was completed, Jorge Arturo Torres Emery (General Director of Grupo SiiCA), and his team expressed their satisfaction with the new space. The furniture and the layout of the area have significantly improved the work dynamic, allowing both focus on individual tasks and smooth collaboration in the common areas. The office now reflects the vision of Grupo SiiCA: a place where new realities are not only built but also lived.

Gebesa is proud to have been part of this transformation, helping create an environment that drives both business growth and employee well-being.

We extend a huge thank-you to Jorge Arturo Torres Emery (General Director of Grupo SiiCA), and the entire team for the trust they placed in us as the company that transformed their workspace into something remarkable.
