✳ THE OBJECTIVE

Replace outdated workstations for the IDIS team in Coppell, team in Coppell, Texas, using tenant-improvement funds with a fixed expiration date. The project needed to move quickly from specification to production, delivery, and installation before the funding window closed.

✳ OUR SERVICES

Space planning, product specification, manufacturing, and coordination through delivery. The project was developed in collaboration with WRG and our representative partner, Gorman Sales, with WRG managing the client relationship, site coordination, and installation in Coppell.

Because the tenant-improvement funds had a fixed expiration date, timing was critical. The layout had to be specified and the order released before the funding window closed. In this type of project, specification is not just a design step; it is what allows production, delivery, and installation to move on time.

✳ THE INSTALLED SOLUTION

All 27 stations were resolved with one system: the Synergy panel system. Its monolithic panels, aluminum structure, honeycomb core, and integrated power and data routing created a clean, consistent workstation layout across the floor. Panels were specified at 55 inches — high enough to support focus while seated, but low enough to keep the space open when standing. The entire floor followed one coordinated finish package : Highland Grey metal, Silver HPL, and Caribe Oxford fabric. Synergy pedestals as the only add-on.

✳ PROJECT IMPACT

The project gave IDIS a fully renewed workstation environment without changing the way the team needed to operate. The new layout replaced outdated furniture with a consistent panel system that supports focus, integrated technology, and day-to-day organization across the floor.

More than a furniture replacement, the result is a workspace that feels current, cohesive, and ready to support the team moving forward.
